Lorraine Robertson Age 89, passed away peacefully on 4 Apr 2017 at 4am in her home at Patriots Landing in Dupont, WA. She was born on 20 Jul 1927 in Wenatchee, WA, and graduated from Lincoln HS in Seattle in 1927. Lorraine married John S. Robertson 21 Dec 1951 at Langley AFB, VA. Their first son, John Robertson, was born on 29 Sept 1952, followed by son Jeffrey Scott Robertson on 8 May 1961. They traveled the world, living in Seattle, Germany, and Everett. She was a member of the Civil Air Patrol for 44 years, and will be remembered for her service to Red Cross and the McChord Pharmacy. Lorraine was preceded in death in 1987 by her loving husband, John. She is survived by her sons John F. Robertson, Capt, USAF (Ret) and Jeffrey S. (wife Cathleen) Robertson, MSgt, USAFR (Ret); grandsons Hunter and Iaian Robertson, and Daniel Cantu; our Sister for life, Mom's closest confidant, and one we are proud to call OUR family, Shannon Swick. A viewing will be held Monday, April 10, from 1-6 pm at Mountain View Funeral Home. Mass will take place Tuesday, April 11, at 11am in the Catholic Chapel #2 at McChord AFB, WA, followed by a reception at the Club at McChord Field from 12:30 to 2pm.
