Former Imperial Valley resident, Lillian Johnston, 98, passed away in Sun City, CA on Saturday, October 10, 2015. She was born on January 12, 1917 in Channing, Texas. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Lucy (Marvin) Munson, Huey (Sophrona) Hisel, Carolyn (Mike) Stephens. She was preceded in death by her husband, B.M. "John" Johnston; children, J.L. Hisel, Freda Fay Hisel, Beatrice Rider and Joan Wallis. No services are planned, burial will be private.
