1947 ~ 2016Kurt Stauffer Parker (69) passed away Wednesday, December 7, 2016 surrounded by his loved ones. Curly was born on April 12, 1947, in SLC, UT, to parents Douglas Alma Parker and Leone Ada Stauffer Parker.He married Lesley Parkinson on December 23, 1973 in Elko, NV.Curly loved camping, hunting, fishing, and horses. He had a huge garden and loved sitting in his backyard with his dogs spending time with his family and friends. He passed his love of the outdoors to his children and grandchildren. People who knew him best will always remember seeing him enjoying life in his backyard with a story and beer ready to share.He is survived by his wife, 2 children: Jennifer (Brady), Lucas (Jamie), his 2 grandchildren: Mitchell and Caitlin, and his 2 brothers: Dean (Claudia), Dale (Carol).At Curly's request there will be no funeral services held.
