Kenneth Edward Waters was born Feb 14, 1958 in Heidelberg, Ms. One of ten children from Moses Water Sr. and Queen E Waters. He was called home to be with his Heavenly Father on April 21,2020.

He joined Oak Bowery United Methodist Church at an early age. He was employed for many years at East Jasper School District. He was well known for his culinary skills especially barbeque and fried fish. He was preceded in death by his late wife Mary Alice Waters, son Darrel Waters, his parents Queen Ester and Moses Waters Sr, brother Quillie (Joe) Waters and sister Victoria Waters.

He leaves to cherish his memory his loving Wife Cheri Thomas Waters son Ja’marquis Clark grandson Wesley Keys Jr. 3 sisters Arbetha Wicks , Mattie (James) Jordan of Heidelburg Ms, Mary (Fred)Taylor of Raymond,Ms 4 brothers Moses(Joyce) Waters of Saint Louis, Mo, Billy Ray (Margaret) Waters of Titusville ,Fl, Albert (Lesa) Waters Charles (Deborah) Waters of Heidelberg, Ms and many nieces, and nephews, and friends.
