Kenneth Donald ParkinsStuart, FLKenneth Donald Parkins died peacefully in Treasure Coast Hospice on May 15, 2017 in Stuart, Florida at the age of 93.Kenneth is survived by his wife of 71 years, Shirley E. Parkins, daughters Karen Glascoe (Tony) and Michelle Smith, four grandchildren and six great grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, four brothers, two sisters and his son-in-law. Kenneth was born on June 8, 1923 in Gastonville, PA to George and Ida Parkins. He served in the Army Air Force and was a WWII veteran. He worked for 31 years for the Federal Aviation Administration before retiring at 55. A celebration of life visitation is scheduled for Thursday, May 25 2017 between 10:00-12:00am at The South River Clubhouse.
