ROUND LAKE, Mich. — Kaye E. Frick of Round Lake passed away Monday, June 16, 2014, at Lakeview in Cadillac. She was 70 years old. She was born on September 19, 1943, to Albert and Mary (Michel) Converse in Anderson, Indiana. She married Roy Frick on December 17, 1966, in Kendallville, Ind. She worked at a candy packing plant for Kraft Foods. She enjoyed working outside, making crafts, and loved singing in the church choir. She is survived by her loving husband Roy; her children, Brian (Jana) Frick of Albion, Ind., Keli Barker of Temple, Texas, and David (Jen) Frick of Lafayette, Calif.; a brother, Max (Patty) Converse of Angola, Ind.; two sisters, Janice (Robert) Baxter of Galion, Ohio, and Candace (Rick) Faught of Stroh, Ind.; and 9 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents. The funeral service will be held Friday, June 20, 2014, at noon at the Emmanuel Lutheran Church in Cadillac. Friends may meet the family at the church from 11 a.m. until the time of service. Memorial tributes may be made to the church. Young Funeral Home in Lake City is in charge of arrangements.
