Kathleen Louise (Riggs) LundApril 29, 1960 - October 26, 2015Kathleen Louise Lund, 55 of St. Joseph, passed away on Monday, October 26, 2015 at the St. Benedict's Senior Community in St. Cloud. Memorial services will be held on Friday, November 6, 2015 at 2:00 pm at Ostmark Lutheran Church in rural Watkins. Rev. Joseph Midthun will officiate. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the church on Friday. Inurnment will be in the Ostmark Lutheran Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Ertl Funeral Home in Watkins.Kathleen "Kathy" Louise Lund was born on April 29, 1960 at Nyssa, Oregon to Raymond and Mary (Houtman) Riggs. She attended high school in Parma, Idaho graduating in 1978. Kathy furthered her education by attending a technical college in Boise, Idaho.On July 4, 1985, Kathy was united in marriage to Dana Lund in Nampa, Idaho and they resided in Hespiria, California. She was employed at Berkline Furniture Co. as West Coast Manager in Riverside, California. In 1994, they moved to Minnesota and Kathy was employed at UPS in air freight delivery. Kathy also served as an Elder at a Presbyterian church in Idaho.Kathy enjoyed her flower gardens, crafts and yard sales. She especially enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren. In her younger years, Kathy rode horses and competed in barrel racing and roping at rodeos and was also a member of Jobe's Daughters in Parma, ID.Kathy is survived by her husband, Dana Lund of St. Joseph; children, Ryan (Nicole) Riggs of Albany, Kristina Lund of Sartell, Michelle (Darby) Peacock of Baxter; grandchildren, Alyssa, Chloe, Laila, Ty, Donovan, Camden, Kobe, Brandon, Brady Tristan, Cayden Taylor and Nicole; sister Julie (Don) Caldwell of Caldwell, ID; and parents, Ray and Mary Riggs of Caldwell, ID.
