Phasley, Katherine "Kay" M. Kay passed away on September 23, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born on April 15. 1940 in Youngtown, NY to William R. and Helen Ida Williams. Kay lived in Phoenix, AZ for over 50 years. Professionally, she worked in accounting and financial areas which included the position of Cash Controller for Del E. Webb Development Co. in the early 1980s. She retired from Sierra Winds in 2004. Kay was passionate about cooking, spent endless hours in craftwork, loved to travel, and always looked forward to decorating her home to entertain family and friends during holidays. She was preceded in death by her parents and two sisters Ginger and Margo, and is survived by husband, David, brother; William, daughters; Lorrie, Kathryn, Jyll, and Wendy (Charles), sons; Michael (Jennifer), and David, grandchildren; Matthew (Sabra), Yasmina, Najib, Trevor, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was a beloved wife, mother, and grandmother who will forever be greatly missed and cherished. Public services will be on Friday, September 29, 2017 at 1:00 p.m. at Greenwood Memory Lawn Mortuary, 719 N. 27th Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85009.
