Karren Glenn Hudson, 70, loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, and friend passed away on Oct. 11, 2007, after multiple health issues. Karren was born on June 10, 1937, in Wellsville, Utah to Ivin and Martha Glenn. She was raised in Wellsville where she attended school until she met her eternal companion Eugene Joseph Hudson. They were married on June 14, 1953, in Wellsville and a year later were sealed in the Logan LDS Temple. They moved to Salt Lake City and raised their five children, whom she loved very dearly. In 1983 they moved back to Wellsville to be close to their parents to help take care of them until their passing. She worked at Nuclear Control and Electronics for 20 years in a lead position. She also worked at Woodruff Elementary where she loved to cook and serve the children their lunch. Karren was a member of the LDS church where she served in many different callings. She loved the sisters in her ward. She was a member of the Cache Valley Gem and Mineral Club. She loved to go to the meetings and on their camping trips to hunt for rocks. She loved to go fishing and deer hunting where she would sit in camp and see more deer than those that were out hunting for deer. Karren was an excellent cook and loved to make meals for her family. Her grandchildren were always anxious to go to her house to eat whenever possible. She is survived by her husband; daughters, Vickie (Roy) Montoya of Evanston, Wyoming, Linda Kendrick of Wellsville, Utah, Susan (Bill) Saunders of Evanston, Wyoming; sons, Steven (Cloyee) Hudson of Salt Lake City, Utah, Dell Ray (Renee) Hudson of Brigham City, Utah; brothers, Reed (Ladean) Glenn, Malin (Terri) Glenn of Wellsville. She was preceded in death by her mother and father; brothers, Mark Glenn and Lynn Glenn; and her granddaughters, Lisa and Alisa Jones. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, Oct. 15, 2007, in the Wellsville 7th Ward Chapel, 660 S. 100 West in Wellsville. A viewing will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday at the Allen-Hall Mortuary, 34 E. Center St. in Logan, and prior to services at the church from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. on Monday.
