YORK TWP. Karen S. Grim, 62, died Tuesday, March 3, 2015, at the York Hospital. She was the wife of James M. Grim, Sr. They were married for 41 years. Karen was born on July 17, 1952, in York, daughter of Ruth (Krout) Schmuck of Shrewsbury and the late George Schmuck. Karen enjoyed reading, taking trips to the beach and spending time with her grandchildren. The viewing will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at the John W. Keffer Funeral Homes and Crematory, Inc., 902 Mt. Rose Ave., York. The funeral service will begin at 2 p.m. with the Rev. Jim Shuler officiating. In addition to her husband and mother, Karen is also survived by three children, Terry Schmuck, David Schmuck and Josetta Grim; nine grandchildren, Terry (TJ) Schmuck, Jr., Erica Schmuck, Alex Schmuck, Dylan Schmuck, Kyler Grim, Khalie Grim, Shawnna Fahs, Beth Fahs and Wendy Flaharty; a great-granddaughter, Makenna Grega; three sisters, Jo Ann Jenkins, Debra Robinson and Tracy Schmuck; a brother, Robert Schmuck.
