SWINK, Kane "Connie" Age 88 of Kettering passed away peacefully Monday, November 7, 2016 at Hospice of Dayton. Connie was born on September 10, 1928 in Kagoshima, Japan to the late Kanshiki and Shigetsiru Mitsu Izumi. She was preceded in death by her husband of 57 years, Walter Lawrence "Larry" Swink and 2 grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter C. Marie Swink and her husband Jim Catalfino; grandpuppy, Izzy; dear friend, Aki Albright; daughter, son-in-law and 2 grandchildren in Okinawa. She was a member of the Charles I. Lathrem Senior Center where she loved playing Pinochle. She touched the hearts of all who knew her.
