He was born on March 14, 1989 in South Bend, IN. He was a graduate of Brandywine High School, Niles, MI and was previously employed by Shelton's Farm Market. Kamden is survived by his children, Kyra Lee Bestle of Edwardsburg, MI, Raelynn Rachelle Bestle of Niles, MI, and Halden Gregory Bestle of South Bend; His mother, Louann Marie Kendall of South Bend; his father, Kevin Lee (Kim) Shelton of Niles; his sister, Rachelle Adamczyk and her children, Alysa Anne Adamczyk and Ethan James Adamczyk all of South Bend; his brother, James Shelton of Texas; stepbrother, James Nichols of Niles; maternal grandmother, Melba I. Bestle of Niles; paternal grandfather, James Shelton of Granger; and step-grandmother, Shirley Shearer of Niles. Kamden was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Betty Shelton and his uncle, Gregory L. Bestle. Kamden enjoyed attending Deer Run Church of Christ and spending time with his church family. Kamden loved helping people and was always ready to lend a helping hand. He loved spending time with his family, especially his children; sister, Rachelle; Uncle Greg; and his best friend, Brenton Millin. Kamden was an avid sports fan and enjoyed watching his favorite teams, Notre Dame, Chicago Cubs and Chicago Bears. He will be greatly missed by so many.Memorial services will be held at 6:00 pm Thursday, November 10, 2016 at Palmer Funeral Home - River Park, 2528 Mishawaka Ave., South Bend. Pastor David Honeycutt, of Deer Run Church of Christ will officiate. Friends may visit with the family from 4:00 pm until time of services Thursday at the funeral home.
