Justine Williams was born July 7, 1946, to James and Tabitha Williams in Flint, Michigan.

When Justine was little she moved with her mother to the city of Detroit. Justine lived and worked for the city of Detroit for 56 years. Justine later on went and met the love of her life, Michael Winston (who proceeded her in death) and they married after 4 years of dating. Justine and Michael shared 4 beautiful kids, Michelle (Dave), Darlene (Chris), David, and Joseph (who also proceeded her in death); along with a host of grandkids, nephews, nieces, cousins, godkids, and good friends.

Justine was known everywhere she went because she was the “Nana” to everyone she met. She was known to throw the best barbecues on her block club, everyone loved her macaroni and cheese! Justine was the type to give you her last. If you knew her you fell in love just after a few of her “real words”.  She was the most loving, caring, soulful women a person could ever meet.
