Julius was born on June 28, 1960, in South Bend, to Julius and Helen (Borkowski) Wesszo, Sr. He was preceded in death by his mother, Helen Wesszo, and a sister, Donna Schmidt. Bud was a member of the American Legion Post 161. Surviving are his daughter, Jenny Wesszo of South Bend, father, Julius Wesszo, Sr. of South Bend, sister, Deborah Wesszo of South Bend, niece, Krista Keaton, and great-nephews, Tyler and Gavin.
