Julia HaffordJulia Mae Hafford, nee Coker, 95, of Lebanon, Ill., born on Sept. 1, 1921 in Eldorado, Ill., died on Tuesday, Nov. 22, 2016 at Cedar Ridge in Lebanon, Ill. Julia was a member of the Apostolic Church and was a foster parent to many children. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Bluford Hafford; second husband, Henry Pani; sons, Arnold R. Hafford, Donald R. Hafford and James A. Hafford; parents, Joe Thomas Franklin and Katie Bunia, nee Going, Coker; sisters, Mildred C. Quartermouse and Dorcie Stoppa; and brothers, Robert Coker and Clarence Coker. Surviving are her children, Franklin L. Hafford of Ottumwa, Iowa, Carl E. (Janet) Hafford of Percy, Ill., Bonnie Jean (Jack) Chaney of O'Fallon, Ill. and Randal L. (Susan) Hafford of Fairivew Heights, Ill.; grandchildren, Wendy, Bethany, Nannette, Noel, Darla, Carla, Keith, JoEllen, Cheryl, Julia, Beth, Jerry, Dean, Jimmy, and Josh; 30 great grandchildren; four great-great grandchildren; sister, Carolyn Place of Marion, Ill.; and sister in law, Rose Coker of Eldorado, Ill.
