Judy was born on March 6, 1947, in Ola, AR, to William and Gladys (Burnett) Collins. On June 26, 1999, was married to Tobias “Toby” who survives. Judy is survived by; her mother, Gladys Collins, children, Gary Gaines Jr, Debbie Hatcher, Brian Gaines, Scott Fergison, Dawn Picklett, 12 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. She is also survived by her siblings, Lawrence Collins, June McCrumb, Janet Collins, Brenda Collins, Betty Nash, and Dion O'Dell. Judy was preceded in death by; her father, William, and 3 brothers, William, John, James Collins. Visitation for Judy will be on Thursday December 1, 2016, from 4-8 pm in Bubb Funeral Chapel, 3910 N. Main St., Mishawaka, IN. A funeral service will be on Friday December 2, 2016, at 11 am in the funeral home with visitation 1 hour prior. Burial will follow in Prairie Street Cemetery.
