She was the eldest daughter of Florence and Samuel Weinberg. Her childhood was filled with wonderful experiences of growing up on a rural farm in Delaware surrounded by family and animals. Judy graduated Felton High School in Delaware in 1959 and completed her B.A. in English at American University in 1963.She went on to teach junior high and high school English in New York where she met and married the late Dr. Albert Jacques Wahba. She was a devoted and doting mother who balanced her family life with a successful real estate business. Judy cherished her friendships with the real estate community and the clients she helped. After working for a few real estate offices, she joined some of her close friends and co-founded Real Estate Partners. She was a mentor and respected by all who worked with her. One of her more recent achievements was to custom build the family home that would host many celebrations over the years.
