Juan Sandoval passed away on Saturday, Nov. 14, 2015 at the age of 78. He was born on Feb. 22, 1937 in Wagon Mound to Bertha and John Sandoval. He was a barber for 57 years. His shop in Gardena, Calif. was family oriented. He leaves a legacy of barbering four generations. People would go there not only for a hair cut but for the latest jokes. He was a mentor to many young men who went to him for guidance. His hobby was restoring antique vehicles of which he had many.He met and married Aurelia (Rae) Solano and were together for 58 years. His children are: Stephanie, Arthur and Johnny. His grandchildren are: Breah, Ariana, Shane and Nikki. He leaves behind a sister, Victoria Archuleta; and three brothers, Chris, Narcisco and Lawrence.Funeral services will be held on Friday with a rosary at 8 a.m. to followed by a mass at 9 a.m. at Our Lady of Sorrows Church in Las Vegas. Burial will take place at San Antonio Cemetery after mass.
