Mas Joe is lovingly remembered by his wife of 40 years Norma Russell. Sons Clive Russell, David Russell, Joseph Llwelyn Russell. Daughters Jean Russell Hamilton, Suzzette Russell[Deaceased]. Step Daughter Althea Innis. 13 Grandchildren, 5 Great Grandchildren, 4 Sisters. A host of nieces, nephews, and friends. Longtime resident of Teaneck and Bergenfield New Jersey. He always had an infectious smile that left an impact on all who crossed his path.
