ANGOLA — Joseph Casares Jr., 55, of Angola, passed away at his residence with his family by his side on Friday, May 9, 2014. Joe, affectionately called Moe by his sisters and others, was born on July 17, 1958, in Toledo, Ohio. Joe worked for RR Donnelley & Sons in Angola for 10 years, and formerly worked for Globe Industries in Oregon, Ohio. He married Kim M. (Kelly) Conway on Sept. 16, 2006, in Angola. Joe loved his family and friends. He always had the most fun attending sporting events with them. You would often hear him exclaim, "I love all sports, I'd even watch two worms wrestle." Survivors include his wife, Kim M. Casares of Angola; a stepson, Scott Conway of Angola; two sisters, Patricia Casares of Toledo, Ohio, and Teresa Casares-Collier of Angola; and nephews, Mark Fuston and Tim Fuston of Toledo, Ohio. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph Casares Sr., and Maria Delia (Rangel) Casares and two sisters, Sylvia Fuston and Mary Ellen Casares. Visitation is 2-4 p.m. Tuesday, at the Helmer United Methodist Church, 7530 S. S.R. 327, Helmer, with a prayer service at 4 p.m., Pastor Donna Holcomb will be officiating.
