Josefa Q. Medina passed away on Friday, August 24, 2012. She was born on May 19, 1932 in Berino, New Mexico to Incarnacino Gonzalez and Matin Quiñonez. Josefa was a housewife and mother to seven children. She is survived by her sons, Manuel Sr. (Diana), Julian (Alicia), Jaime (Ferdina) and Robert Medina; daughters, Alicia Vaughan, Eulalia Medina, Gloria (Ken) Bishoff; one sister Cruz Gonzalez; 17 grandchildren and 21 great-grand children. Josefa was preceded in death by her husband Julian Medina. Wake will be held at Yuma Mortuary on Thursday, August 30, 2012 between 5PM to 9PM. Mass will be held Friday August 31, 2012 at St. Frances of Assisi at 10:30AM. Cremation to follow.
