John, 22, a resident of Holman, passed away Monday, June 10, 2013. John was born on Aug. 2, 1990 to Rudy and Maria Lovato. He is survived by his girlfriend, Franchesca Estrada and his beloved son, Adyn Lovato; brothers, Rudy Lovato III (Kristen) of Holman, Rudy Lovato II (Jesusita) of Taos, Carlos Lovato (Sandy) of Espanola; sisters, Nicole Ramirez (Adeliedo) of Las Vegas, Isabelle Ortega (Michael) of Las Vegas; nieces, Jayden, Maliyah, and Ayllah; nephews, Jeremy, Isaac, Josiah, Joseph, Favian, Davian, Santiago, Ethan, Neil, and Elijah; aunt, Florence Trujillo (Michael), aunt, Josie, aunt, Jane (Chris), aunt Gloria, uncle, Floyd Lovato (Martha), uncle, Michael (Shirley), aunt, Angela (Malcom), uncle, John (Dolene), uncle, Lupe (Angelica), aunt, Cindy (Joel), aunt, Debbie (Floyd), uncle, Steve Herrera, uncle, Arthur and numerous cousins. Special in-laws whom John adored, Ruben and Linda Estrada. John was an amazing person and he had a smile no one would forget. He was a loving father, hard worker and was always willing to lend a helping hand. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends but his favorite past time was swimming and spending time with his son. John is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Isabelle Ramirez and Lupe Ramirez; paternal grandparents, Inocencio Lovato and Mare Lovato and uncle, Leroy.A rosary was scheduled to be recited at 7 p.m. Thursday at St. Gertrude's Church in Mora. A funeral mass will take place at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Gertrude's Church.
