Mr. John W. "Bill" Stamper age 75, passed away on Sat. April 27, 2013, at his residence, in Pittsford, Vermont. Bill was a native of Lake City born on September 16, 1937 to the late Johnnie & Pearl Stamper.Bill was predeceased by his mother and father as well as 2 brothers: Bobby & Frank Stamper of Lake City.Survivors are: his wife Betty, 7 children: Bill II, Jessica and Susan Stamper all of Pittsford, Vermont; Wanda Reliford, Karen Stamper, John Melton & Jennifer Bizaillon, all of Lake City; Also surviving his brothers and sisters: Harry Stamper, Ruth and Bob Coffee, Susan Nettles, Diane and Ray Hodges, all of Lake City, FL.; Murray and Maggie Stamper, of White Springs, FL.; and Allen Stamper of Lake City, FL. Bill also had numerous grand children and great grand children.There will be a memorial service on Sat. May 4, 2013 at 3:30 p.m. at the residence of Allen Stamper, 182 N.W. Quinten, Lake City, FL.Everyone is invited to come help us celebrate his home going.
