John Cabral, 71 passed away September 6, 2015 in Tampa, Florida.

He was born in Ventura, CA., raised in Fillmore, graduated in 1963 from Fillmore High School and moved to Florida in 2012 from Oxnard, CA.
He was Catholic by faith, served in the U.S. Navy for 4 years (1965-1969) having served in Vietnam. He retired after 25 years (1972-2000) of being in Law Enforcement from Oxnard Police Department. He loved football and spending time with his family.

He is predeceased by his parents, Jose Cabral and Erminia Cabral; brothers, Manuel, Jesus and Frankie and his sister, Lupe.
He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Elizabeth Cabral; 2 sons, John Anthony and Jose Cabral (Alex); grandson, Markus; 5 sisters, Virginia (Ron), Josie (Robert), Mary (Frank), Cecilia (Simon), Pauline (Jesse); Sister in Law, numerous nieces, nephews and extended family.
