Pearson, JoeJoe S. Pearson of Random Lake passed away on Sunday, March 12, 2017. He was 74 years old. Joe was born on September 10, 1942 to Squire Jr. and Sylvia (nee Boswell) Pearson. Joe and Joan (nee Schuessler) were united in marriage on February 29, 1980 in Copenhagen, Denmark. Joe was a proud and dedicated military retiree serving 21 years in the United States Army. After his time serving, he became a loving father to his daughter, Lisa. He cared for her while Joan actively served over seas. In his free time he enjoyed archery and collecting coins.Joe is survived by his wife of 37 years, Joan and his daughter Lisa (John Daniels) Pearson. He is also survived by his brother John (Brenda) McMullen Jr. Sisters: Deborah McMullen and Karen (Greg) Grant cousin Vanessa (Carolyn Brown) Pugh brothers-in-law: Bob (Andrea) Schuessler, Ron (Julie) Schuessler, and Mike (Paula) Schuessler sisters-in-law: Kathy (Mike) Yearling, Connie Frank and Julie (Frank Ludwig) Lucas. He is further survived by nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Joe is preceded in death by his parents, parents-in-law Bud (Carol) Schuessler nephew Eric McMullen and cousin Terrance James Lee Womack.A Funeral Service for Joe will be held on Sunday, March 19 at 3:00 PM at the Eernisse Funeral Home 171 N. Royal Ave, Belgium. Pastor Brath will officiate. The family will receive visitors from 1:00 PM until the time of service at 3:00 PM.
