Pahl, Jochen "John"Jochen "John" W. Pahl, age 76, of the Town of Rome, Wisconsin, passed away August 29, 2017 at Atrium Post Acute Care in Wisconsin Rapids.Memorial services for John will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday September 2, 2017 at Ritchay Funeral Home in Wisconsin Rapids, Wisconsin. Father John Swing will officiate the service. The family will greet relatives and friends on Saturday at the funeral home from 9:00 - 11:00 AM. John was born on July 26, 1941 in East Germany to the late Wolfren and Elizabeth Pahl. He married Carla M. Woulf and worked as a lithographer until his retirement. He was an excellent crafter and built small and big projects without blueprints. John is survived by his wife Carla, daughter Jennifer (Steve) Nusbammer, two step-sons Dean (Vicki) Brainerd and David (Lisa) Brainerd, one step-daughter Jennifer (Charlie) Crownhart, 7 grandchildren Ashley, Courtney, Delaney, Amanda, Jacob, Kyle and Maria and nieces Michelle and Cindy.He was preceded in death by his brother Dieter Pahl. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be designated to the Aspirus Riverview Foundation.John's family would like to welcome all family and friends to lunch at Lake Aire Supper Club following the memorial service.
