Nettesheim, Joanne (Nee Spek) Of Waukesha passed away peacefully Sat., March 11, 2017 at age 74. She was born on Dec. 4, 1942 in Milwaukee the daughter of John and Josephine (nee Remsko) Spek. Joanne's love for her family was apparent in all she did. She loved spending time gardening as well as baking with her grandchildren and wintering in Arizona. Joanne enjoyed working at the Chancery for over 30 years. She was a very active member at St. Mary Catholic Church and enjoyed various volunteer activities. Her fun-loving attitude and great sense of humor remained as her family, relatives and friends visited at the hospital and Angels Grace Hospice. Most loving wife of Wayne, mom of cherished and devoted daughter Jaclyn (Greg) Jeffers and beloved son Chad who passed away in the Dominican Republic in 1997. Proud grandma of Brooke, Samuel and Quinn. Dear sister of the late John Spek (Kathy) and Jackie (Ron) Wainio. A special thank you is extended to the nurses and staff at ProHealth Care, Waukesha Memorial Hospital and Angels Grace for the wonderful care they provided. Visitation Sat., March 18th from 10 AM until the time of the 11 AM Mass of Christian Burial at St. Mary Catholic Church 225 S. Hartwell Ave., Waukesha, WI 53186.
