Joan D. Crawford HOT SPRINGS, AR Joan D. Crawford, age 75, died Wednesday, November 20, 2013. She was born on July 31, 1938, in Holcombe, Wisconsin, the daughter of Ernest Crawford and Dora Payne Crawford. She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brother, Duane Crawford. She was a theatrical singer at the Cardiac Capers in Racine, Wisconsin and was a member of the Penguin Players. She was a graduate of Carthage College with a degree in Social Services. Joan is survived by three sons, Philip Perez and Nicolas Perez, both of Racine, Wisconsin and Paul Perez of Milwaukee, Wisconsin; two daughters, Wendy Perez and Jennifer Perez, both of Racine, Wisconsin; nine grandchildren, Philip Perez, Jr. of Strasburg, Colorado, Alexandria Rana, Benjamin Perez, Lucy Perez, Max Perez, Alaina Perez-Kucza, Elijah Perez Kucza, Isabella Perez- Kucza, and Nicolas Perez- Kucza, all of Racine, Wisconsin; and one sister, Yvonne Crawford of Wisconsin. Memorial Service will be held on February 23rd at Georges Tavern, 1201 N. Main St., Racine, WI 53402, (262) 632-6469 from 1 - 5 pm. Please come celebrate her legacy with us.
