Jessie was born in Seffner FL. To the late Ruffus and Rosetta Underwood. He attended the Hillsborough county School district, after graduating he joined the army, where he served our country for 28 years , while in the military he met his wife of 35 years, Rosina Underwood. He leaves to cherish Jessie Jr, and daughter Angela Williams.
