We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Jerry Elam, who peacefully passed away on August 3, 2024, in Nashville, Tennessee, United States. He was born on April 17, 1945, to his loving parents Michael and Mary Elam.

Jerry was a devoted husband to Olivia Elam, whom he married in the year 10. Together, they raised four children: Gerald Elam, Kim Young, Jerry Elam Jr, and Syera Elam. Jerry was also a proud grandfather to eight grandchildren.

He attended Pearl High School and graduated in 1963. Jerry had a passion for golf and spent many memorable hours on the golf course, enjoying the sport he loved.

Jerry will be remembered for his kind and gentle nature, his love for his family, and his dedication to his hobbies. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Rest in peace, Jerry Elam. You will always hold a special place in our hearts.
