Jermaine Lee Gaines was Born on January 2, 1958 to Harry B. Gaines (deceased) and Sarah J. Charles. Jermaine was the fifth of six children and the only son born to that union.

Jermaine  attended and graduated from Tulsa Public schools where he played basketball before enlisting in the US Army in 1975.

Jermaine met the love of his life, Natasha Evans, in 1976 and was blessed with the birth of their handsome son Ezedrick Flenoid.

Jermaine followed in his fathers footsteps  and learn the family business of over the road truck driving.  Jermaine greatly enjoyed visiting new locations and meeting new people. He never met a stranger and the conversation wouldnt span over many subjects and last for hours. He loved the Lord and his faith was strong. Jermaine had an outgoing personality and could tell a joke that can make anybody laugh or smile and brighten their day. 

Jermaine was preceded in death by his father, Harry B. Gaines, (mother in love) Ruthanne Storey, and brothers Ronald, and Daniel Gaines.

Jermaine leaves  to cherish his memory his (mother) Sarah J. Charles of Wichita, KS; (mother in love) Rev. Dr Helen Holmes of Tulsa, OK; (son) Ezedrick Flenoid of Tulsa,OK; (7 grandchildren) Brittney, Abre’a, Ezedrick Jr., Kendra, London, Khaliah, and Karrissa Flenoid.
