Jeneal Osborne, 78, of Salem, Oregon, passed away September 29, surrounded by her loved ones. Jeneal was born on February 27, 1939) in Ogden, Utah.

She attended high school at Fontana High.  She went on to study Psychology and Counseling, combining this training with her natural ability to communicate effectively as a suicide hotline counselor. She later established a career in Management at Tektronix, where she successfully applied her eye for detail and talent for solving problems in the maintenance department.  Later, she embarked on a business venture, starting a maintenance company of her own. In her final years, she was content to work in the garden department at Home Base before retiring completely to enjoy her home and family.

Jeneal was preceded in death by her daughter, Susie Stockwell, and grandson, Jerimy Stockwell. She is survived by her mother, Myrle Young and her husband, Thomas Osborne. She is also survived by her two sons, Michael Bonofiglio Sr. and Ron Bonofiglio. Her six grandchildren are Camie Stephen, Michael Jr., Anthony, Natalie, Candice and Nicholas Bonofiglio. Survivors also include her five great-grandchildren; MiKylie, Caadyn, Shaylee Stephen, Austin, Jace and Henry Bonofiglio.  Additionally, she is survived by her eight brothers and sisters; Kathy, Mary, Janice, Susanna, Don, Jon, Nancy, and Betsy.

Jeneal, affectionately known as "Pebbles" by her family because of her vibrant auburn hair, will be remembered as a caring and loyal friend, loving mom and fun and helarious grandma. Pebbles enjoyed music, more specifically "Prince," writing, painting, crocheting and the simple things in life with her husband and best friend, Tom. They were avid sports fans and enjoyed watching any game together with their favorite little snacks.  She always made herself available to her loved ones. She was always just a phone call away; ready to share her daily dose of wisdom, word of encouragement or funny one-liner. Her sense of humor was something that could be depended on to help lighten any situation. In fact, those who know her best will say that oftentimes, a conversation with Pebbles would consist of more laughter than words. 

Pebbles never quit dreaming about things she wanted to do and see. Her legacy is that she is a true example of perseverance through hard times and the power of laughter and beauty to make this a life worth living.
