Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Stroik1957 - 2016Jeffrey A. "Jeff" Stroik, 59, of Kenosha, died peacefully on Friday, May 27, 2016, at Grande Prairie Health & Rehab Center.A lifelong resident of Kenosha, he was born on Jan. 23, 1957, and was the son of Charles and Ruby (Krieger) Stroik. Jeff was a 1976 graduate of Tremper High School where he had a perfect attendance record.Religion was a very important part of Jeff's life. He faithfully served as an altar server with St. Therese Catholic Church for 13 years.He is survived by his siblings, Bonnie (Pat) Ricketts, Joe Stroik, Theresa (Alan) Ohm, Dan (Mary Jo) Stroik, Nancy (Scott) Svabek, Mary Etzig and Patty (Kevin Ingraham) Matson; and his nieces and nephews, Matthew, Jessie, Tyrell, Joshua, Jason and Colton.He was preceded in death by his mother, Ruby J. Hertzberg.A Memorial Service in celebration of Jeffrey's life will be held on Friday, June 3, 2016, at 5 p.m. at the Piasecki-Althaus Funeral Home. Private inurnment will take place in Sunset Ridge Memorial Park. A gathering of relatives and friends will be held at the funeral home on Friday, June 3, from 4 p.m. until the time of the service.
