Jason Raye was born on January 8, 1975 to the late James Raye and Millie Smith in Los Angeles, California.

He received his education in Los Angeles, California attending Horace Mann Middle School and Manual Arts Senior High School. 

Jason was person who filled a room with his big personality and always kept everyone laughing because he was so funny. 

He leaves to cherish two brothers Leland Raye (wife Marlee Raye), and Gerald Raye, and a host of nieces, nephews, other relative and friends.
