1933 ~ 2016Jan Pollock Stewart Jones passed away peacefully on Monday, October 24, 2016. She was born on March 21, 1933, to Herbert H. Pollock, Sr. and Audrey Jones in Midlothian, Texas. She graduated from Granite High School in 1951. She married Wayne B. Stewart on February 15, 1951, in Salt Lake City, Utah. She married Edward Jones in the St. George Temple in 2001. Jan was active in the LDS Church, serving in many callings. She especially loved serving the Young Women. She worked as the office manager for the Olympus Clinic for 30 years. The loves of her life were her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She is survived by her children: Ron L. (Susan) Stewart, Gary L. (Lisa) Stewart, and Jayne S. Morris; 12 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren; and one brother, Herbert H. Pollock, Jr. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husbands: Wayne B. Stewart in 1998, and Edward Jones in 2014; and her brother, Tom.A special thanks to friends of the family, Ken and Janice Lund.A funeral service will be held Thursday, October 27, 2016, at 11 AM at Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 South State Street, Murray, Utah, with a visitation prior to services from 9:45-10:45 A.M.
