James Wesley HaigoodMcKinneyJames Wesley Haigood, 40, of McKinney, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 4, 2017. He was born on Jan. 28, 1976 to O. G. and Billie (Pool) Haigood in Odessa. James worked as a sales executive for Great Southwest Fire and Safety in Dallas. He was an avid Texas Tech Red Raider fan, loved to fish and play golf. He was a member of First Baptist Church in Sterling City.He was preceded in death by father, O. G. Haigood, brother, Daniel Haigood, niece, Stephanie Haigood and grandmother, Albertine Hallmark Josey.James is survived by his loving mother, Billie Sandra Haigood of Fort Stockton, daughter, Colbie Faith Haigood, sister, Judy Haigood (Roy) Vick of Goldsmith, brother, Kenneth (Sharon) Haigood of Lubbock, niece, Crystal Cash, nephew, Eric (Jodi) Cash, grand nieces, Kimberly Cash and Chalen Osborn, a grand nephew, Oliver Cash, nephew, Nick Haigood, niece, Kendra Haigood, grand niece, Eloise Haigood, grand nephew, Owen Haigood, nephew, Josh (Cindy) Haigood, niece, Amanda (Curtis) Haigood Sanders, grand nephew, Tyson Haigood, grand niece, Gracie Haigood Sanders, and many extended family and friends. Family visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 9, at Robert Massie Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Jan. 10, in the Montvale Cemetery, Sterling City, Texas with Pastor Wayne Maass of Immanuel Baptist of Monahans, Texas officiating.
