Jack E. Hester1953 - 2016Jack E. Hester, of Boise, Idaho (formerly of Yakima), died unexpectedly on Thursday, September 8. Jack was born on February 15, 1953 to Lewis Edwin and Florraine (Smith) Hester. He grew up in Yakima and graduated from Eisenhower High School. On August 20, 1979, Jack met the love of his life, Perla Morales. After living briefly in Yakima, Boardman, Oregon and Las Vegas, they eventually settled in Boise in the mid 1980's where they raised their family. Jack began his career in the heating and air conditioning business, eventually starting his own company, Custom Systems. Jack was a loving husband and dedicated father to Natasha and Jeremy. He was an avid fisherman and hunter with his groups of select buddies. He loved the outdoors.Jack is survived by his wife, Perla, daughter, Natasha (Cheyenne), son, Jeremy (Esther), granddaughter, Ava Hester, all of Boise; mother, Kay Becker; sisters, Cheryl Latendresse and Cindi (Danny) Thompson, and brother, Jerry (Jenifer), all of Yakima; mother-in-law, Rosa Morales of Boise; his aunt and uncle, Bob and Eleanor Hester of Yakima; many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his father.At Jack's request, there will be no formal service. An informal gathering of family and friends will be held at Dutch Goose located at 3515 W State St., Boise, ID 83703 on Sunday, September 18th at 03:00 PM.
