Jack C Bruno1947~2016Jack Bruno, beloved dad, grandpa, brother, uncle, and friend passed away on November 20, 2016 in Sandy, Utah at the age of 69. He was born on November 1, 1947 in Moroni, Utah to Jack "Boone" Bruno and Karma Bruno Patterson. Jack was an avid outdoorsman and loved horse riding, camping, hunting, and fishing. He was a skilled master carpenter by trade; he enjoyed wood burning, and he could fix anything.Jack is survived by his two children, Brooke Sidle and Leighton Bruno; three granddaughters, Kaylee Bruno, Audrie Bruno, and Isabel Sidle; and two sisters, Bonnie Smith and Sophie Klossner. He is preceded in death by his mother and father.He was a proud veteran of the U. S. Navy and served in the Vietnam War. Jack received several honors throughout his six years of service including the Vietnam Campaign Medal and was recognized as a Helicopter Training Squadron Eight "Man of the Month."Condolences may be left at www.MemorialUtah.com.
