Hager, IvaBelle "Ivy" DorisIvaBelle "Ivy" Doris Hager, 92, Green Bay, passed away of natural causes on Sunday, October 22, 2017. She was born on September 22, 1925, in Eldorado, Wisconsin to William and Ann (Seibel) Averbeck.Ivy was a graduate of Fond du Lac High School and attended St. Paul Bible Institute. She married Neal DeWayne Hager on May 29, 1945, in St. Paul, MN. They resided in Oshkosh until 1961, when they moved to Green Bay.Ivy was a member of Eastern Star and was a devoted and active member of St. Paul's United Methodist Church. She retired from the Wisconsin State Unemployment Office in 1986. Ivy and Neal enjoyed camping, traveling and spent 19 years of volunteer service in the Mobile Missionary Assistance Program (MMAP).She is survived by her three daughters, Neala (Donald) Rickert, Gail (Ronald) Bluma and Kari (Mark) Blaser; her five grandchildren, James (Fanette) Rickert, Alan Rickert, Amy (Brendon) McBee, Taren (Michael) Conley and Travis (Kneisha) Blaser; five great-grandchildren, Christian and Tanner McBee, Sebastian Rickert, Jules Rickert and Michael Conley, Jr.Ivy was preceded in death by her husband, Neal; one great-grandson, Kendyn Neal Blaser; and two brothers, Forrest and Marshall Averbeck.Friends may call at Blaney Funeral Home, 1521 Shawano Ave., from 10 to 11 a.m. Saturday.
