He retired from Hoosier Panel and was a member of St. Mary of the Knobs Catholic Church. Irvin enjoyed playing cards, squirrel hunting, gardening, and taking care of his family.Irvin was born on June 16, 1929, in Floyds Knobs, Indiana to the late George and Rosina (Rosenberger) Andres. He was also preceded in death by his siblings, Louis, Irene, and Earl Andres.Irvin is survived by his wife of 64 years, Norma L. (Banet) Andres; children, Mark (Barbie), Kathy, Irvin "Bugsy" Jr. (Lesley), and William "Billy" (Kelly) Andres; grandchildren, Jacob, Shana, Seth, Katie, Megan, Hannah, and Jared Andres, and Amber Quick; 3 great-grandchildren, and sister, Agnes Book.Visitation will be from 12 Noon to 8 PM Wednesday, August 09, 2017 at Newcomer Funeral Home (3309 Ballard Lane, New Albany).
