Vojtko, Irene Irene Vojtko passed away on August 25, 2017 in Phoenix, Arizona. She was 98. She was preceded in death by her husband, John. Irene was born on February 8, 1919 in Jeansville, PA. and is survived by her four children, Martha, Thomas, John and James, as well as 8 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and 3 great-great grandchildren.
