Ingeborg "Inge" Klim, most lovingly known as Oma, was born on March 19, 1933 in Fulda, Germany, the daughter of Josef and Anna Elizabeth Derbort. She had 10 brothers and sisters, Reinhold, Erwin, Willibald, Horst, Arthur, Manfred, Lothar, Theresa, Adeltraut und Marita. As one of the older children in the family, Inge helped care for her siblings and was even known for knitting little sweaters for them. In her teenage years she loved to dance.

Inge met her husband, Heinz Klim, while he served in the US Military and stationed in her hometown. Inge and Heinz were married in Fulda on September 13, 1955. Together they raised five children. They often traveled between Germany and the United States while their family was young. On June 23, 1961, she and her husband dedicated their lives to Jehovah God by means of water baptism at Yankee Stadium in New York.

Inge was a cheerful and kind mother and grandmother, always willing to step in and help her family. She was also known for reading the Bible daily with her husband. They often enjoyed sitting together on the porch, sipping coffee, eating cookies, and taking long walks.

She fell asleep in death on Sunday, December 20, 2020 with the love of her life at her bedside.

Inge is survived by her husband, Heinz Klim, her five children, Marion (Karl-Heinz) Winkler, John (Shelley) Klim, Frank Klim, Judith (Chuck) Beard, and Daniela (Rob) Wood, as well as her 10 grandchildren, Benny and Michael Winkler, Brandy Paulauskis, Valerie Trontvet, Stacey Klim, Jessica Biron, Alex Beard, Jordan and Andrew Wood, and her three great grandchildren, Emriella, Erik, and Parker.

She was preceeded in death by her granddaughters Amber and Emily.
