Ibrahim Khatib, who lived most of all his life in Raleigh, North Carolina, succumbed and was consumed by a massive heart attack in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his family on December 25, 2018. 

A celebration of life service will be held at 1:00 PM, Monday, December 31 at Mitchell Funeral Home at Raleigh Memorial Park, 7209 Glenwood Ave, Raleigh NC 27612. The burial will follow soon after it may call from 3:00 PM to 9 PM. 

Ibrahim was a loving father, husband, and friend to everyone. Ibrahim loved sports, especially baseball, where his favorite team was the Washington Nationals. He worked as a general contractor for 12 years. He spent his free time watching sports with his son Abraham who is the age of 9. He also enjoyed watching movies and reading during the off-season. Ibrahim was always there to help relatives and friends with household projects, and also coached different sports or whatever else people needed him for.
