Holsetta Marie Allen was born in Kansas city, Missouri on January 19th, 1967, to Delores M. Reynolds and Anthony H. Reynolds.

Holsetta received her education in the Kansas City Public School District. Soon after graduating high school, she moved across the states experiencing life as she liked to call it. In Dallas, TX she met her husband, Richard Allen and stayed married until her passing.

Holsetta was the sweetest woman you could have ever met. She was kind, loving and caring. She will be missed dearly. Holsetta has left to cherish her memories by her husband: Richard Allen, brothers: Timothy Reynolds and Anthony Reynolds Jr., nieces: Rachel Jones, Ra'shaunda bowman, and Reva Jones, cousins: Charlsetta Reynolds, Phyllis Hardin, and Mark Reynolds. She is proceeded in death by her mother, Delores Reynolds; father, Anthony Reynolds; sister, Sharon Jones.
