Harry Raymond KellyEast Lansing - Passed away on Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the age of 92. Harry was born on April 15, 1925 to Harry J. and Rose (Egelston) Kelly in Lansing, MI. A lifelong resident of Lansing he attended Eastern High School graduating in 1943 and then earned his Bachelor's Degree from MSU. He married the love of his life Rosalie Ann Kelley July 17, 1950. They were longtime active members of Mt. Hope United Methodist where Harry sang in the choir for 72 years. He worked for the State of Michigan as a Property Appraiser until his retirement in 1983. Harry enjoyed golfing and bowling.He is preceded in death by his parents and a brother John Kelly.He is survived by his wife Rosalie Kelly, a daughter Kay of Cosa Mesa, CA, and a son Ronald (Debra) of Barrington, IL, a sister Marilyn Hammond, and nieces, nephews, and relatives.A Memorial Service will be held on Monday, November 13, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. at Mount Hope United Methodist Church, Lansing with Rev. Rob Cook officiating. Visitation will begin one hour prior to the service at the church. Contributions may be made to the church in memory of Harry.
