(Greg) AndrewsZANESVILLE: Gregory W.(Greg) Andrews, 51, of Zanesville, passed away at 7:48 a.m. Monday September 28, 2015 at Genesis Hospice - Morrison House.He was born on July 19, 1964 in Zanesville a son of Jack W. and Esther (Mendenhall) Andrews of Zanesville. He graduated from Zanesville High School in1982. He enjoyed dirt track racing events, target shooting at Briar Rabbit, and other outdoor activities. He was employed at Big Bear from 1981-2003 and worked at Muskingum Iron and Metal from 2004-present. He was a member of the Sons of American Legion Post 29 and the N.R.A.In addition to his parents, he is survived by two brothers, Jim (Debbie) Early of Flat Rock, Michigan and Thad (Karen Davis) Andrews of Zanesville; nieces and nephews, Stephanie Early, Melanie (Early) Darrell; Tanner, Bryce, and Zack Andrews; great nephew, Julian Olson; significant other, Deb Simpson of Coshocton.Friends may call from 3-7 p.m. Thursday, October 1, 2015 at WILLIAM THOMPSON & SON FUNERAL HOME, 5765 Gladstone Drive, White Cottage where memorial services will follow at 7:00 p.m. Thursday.
