Grace Ellen ThomasDecember 26, 1926 - March 13, 2015Grace Ellen Thomas, age 88, surrounded by her family passed away on Friday, March 13, 2015. A viewing will be held from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2015, at Rost Funeral Home, McMurtrey Chapel in Mountain Home. A graveside service will be held at 12 Noon on Friday, March 27, 2015 at the Wilder Cemetery in Wilder.Grace was born on December 26, 1926, to Fred and Iva Ward in Broken Bow, Nebraska. She is the 2 oldest out of 8 children. At an early age Grace and her family moved from Nebraska to Idaho where she attended high school and graduated from Marsing High School. After school Grace went on to work in the telephone office in Marsing and Homedale where she met her husband Keith Thomas. Grace and Keith began farming together in Wilder, Rupert, and finally Bruneau.She is survived by two sons Tom and Jay of Bruneau, her daughter Vicki Dela Concepcion (Sabino) of Caldwell, her siblings Glenn Ward, Mary Cantrell and Donna Marsh, 5 granddaughters and 4 grandsons as well as 10 great-grandchildren. Grace is preceded in death by both her parents, her husband Keith, her son Terry, her brothers Richard, Ben, Roger and Harold.
