Reitz, Gladys C.Gladys C. Reitz, age 78, of Oshkosh, passed away unexpectedly at her home on Thursday morning August 3, 2017. She was born on April 4, 1939 a daughter of the late Sylvester and Mayme (Schumacher) Mollen. She married Lewis Reitz on May 11, 1960. Lewis preceded her in death in 2006. Gladys will be remembered for her long time in home child day care. She greatly enjoyed going to bingo, playing cards, rummage sales including her own and most importantly time spent with her grandchildren. Oh, what a proud grandma she was. She is survived by and her memory will be cherished by daughters, Jeanette (Scott) Hyler of Oshkosh and JoAnn (Patrick) Kielkucki of Omro; two brothers, Glen (Kathy) Mollen of Kaukauna and Howard (Delores) Mollen of Antigo. She is further survived by grandchildren, Grace, Greta and Gabrielle; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated for Gladys on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at 11:00 a.m. in Most Blessed Sacrament Parish, St. Peter's Catholic Church, 435 High Ave. in Oshkosh. The Rev. Jerome Pastors as celebrant. Burial will be in Lake View Memorial Park Cemetery. A time of visitation will be held at the church on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until the time of Mass.
