Gilmer Badger1945 - 2014Gilmer Badger, 69, of Wheatland passed away on Tuesday, Nov. 18, 2014, at his home surrounded by his loving family.Gilmer was born on April 2, 1945, in Chicago, Ill., the son of the late Charles & Mildred (Taylor) Badger. He was educated in the schools of Trevor and Wilmot, Wis. Gilmer married Patricia Zumalt on Oct. 4, 1996, he previously was married to Joan "Cookie" Spino, who passed away in Jan. 2, 2009. Gilmer was owner/operator of Wisconsin Millwork for many years. His hobbies included motorcycle riding and rallies with friends. Gilmer was a lifelong woodworker, loving husband, father, and grandfather.Survivors include his daughters, Camille Badger of Brown Deer, Wis., Carley Spohr of Kenosha, Daniele (Larry) Thompson of N.C., Dawn (Bill) Newcomer of Wheatland, Wis., Natasha (Omari) Belk of Appelton, Wis., Niccole (Eugene) Simmons of Kenosha; sisters, Kathleen (Chuck) Mortensen of California, Nora (Paul) Moris of Prairie du Chien, Wis.; a brother Russell Badger of Nokomis, Fla.; many grandchildren; a cousin, Raymond Taylor of N.C.; and special friends, Sandy Dibble & Bob Margetson.
