Garret attended St. Anastasia School and John Carroll High School, in Fort Pierce, FL, and then to Indian River State College. He graduated High School at IRSC in June and was currently a college student at IRSC.Those who knew Garret knew of his intense love of the outdoors. He was a modern day country boy. He loved fishing, hunting, the ocean and working on the ranch with his Pops. He was a committed son, grandson, nephew, cousin and friend to so many. The love he had for his family was unconditional. He carried a heart of gold with a wit to match. He was a good boy - a southern gentleman full of charm and laughter. Extended family & cousins include: Jayne, Moonie, Emma, Angel, Dana, Brooke, Madison, Michael, Breanna, Quinton, Erika, Alexis, Morgan, Allison and his high school sweetheart, Chloe. Garret was preceded in death by his father, Gregory James Russakis.A viewing for family and friends will be held at Haisley Funeral Home, Fort Pierce, FL on Thursday, November 9th from 5 -7:30 p.m. A private family graveside service will be held at a later date.
